Arllington Cemetery

I went to the Arillington Cemetery on a Sunday 13 Feb 2011... This cemetery is so different from those back home and they are also treated so differently... We have to stay quiet and it is treated like a Holy place... Initially I thought that we (me, Rebecca, Reaney) will be exploring by foot, but we eventually used the tour bus, which we fortunate did as it is so big... I mean there is about 20 burials a day... I mean it is a huge cemetery all right....

There was a change in of guard parade and we had to stand and watch... There was a trumpet blowing and the commander command us to put our hand on our chest... reminds me of army... But was cool though, hearing commands in english rather than Malay..

It was cold and I really wonder how those guards stand there.. hahaha!!! but I have to say there drills were quite impressive and it was flawless!!!:) I went to see the eternal flame for JFK and went to the house of Robert Lee... Overall it was nice and beautiful... great experience and worth the trip!!!:)
